Grant-IT exceeds these standards in delivering on site care and call out. Each of our clients is allocated their own highly skilled regional engineer. They also have direct mobile-line access to him between 8am-6pm.

Every client would appreciate the benefits of a known and trusted support engineer ready at the end of a phone to take their call.

Our service is backed up by a 4 hour call out promise; if you call us before 12 pm we will have someone with you that same afternoon, after noon attendance is guaranteed before noon the next morning.
Uniquely Grant-IT do not charge a call out fee, that’s right! NO CALL OUT FEE.We also bill for a full hour, so if the engineer fixes your problem in 3 minutes they will stay the whole hour checking other areas of your network.

Grant-IT believes in the customer getting Value for money!

We also offer regular network health checks as part of your support along with regular vulnerability tests. When it comes to your data we offer several back up alternatives, tape, online or underground data banks which ever is most suitable for your data. In the worst case
scenario, i.e. your hard drive is corrupt and you lose your data we also offer a disaster recovery service which on average can recover 95% of your lost data.
